There were a few negative aspects that affected my experience at the hotel. the instructions for obtaining the keys were not properly provided before arrival, causing confusion and inconvenience.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel - it was very cheap and I got a comfortable double bed all to myself. my recent stay in Zurich was made even better by Swiss Star Irchel - Self Check-In. The room was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities and plenty of electrical sockets. The in-room security box provided added peace of mind. The location was convenient, with local restaurants and shops right outside.
